TESTMAK WARRANTY

Testmak Service Department is able to give the professional support for all problems related to the complete range of our products either directly or through our distribution network by a team of highly qualified service Engineers in Middle East, Europa and the Assia.

Our products are guaranteed 2 years against manufacturing faults. Our machines and equipment can be checked and verified and, if necessary, repaired at our distributors facilities in Middle East, Europa and the Assia as well by located in most. Before sending a machine back to Testmak, you need to obtain a service number for your equipment, sending an email to service@testmak.com

This number will identify your equipment or parts during its stay in our workshop and allow you to obtain information related to the status of the repair, transit time, etc. at any time. That the work for verification, checking and repair is carried out by trained personnel and using original spare parts.

This warranty does not cover consumables or any part subject to be worn out by the normal use. This warranty shall not apply to any products or part of products which have been repaired or altered outside of Testmak factory or without Testmak authorization. For the return of defective part or parts, a written authorization must be obtained before the returning of any material for any reason whatever.
